On our trip to Lapland, we found some wild Rhodiola Rosea.

We harvested some and made fresh tea out of it. Rhodiola is also called Arctic root /golden root / rose root. It's a adaptogenic herb, meaning that it acts in non-specific ways to increase resistance to stress, without disturbing normal biological functions.

Rhodiola grows at high altitudes in the arctic areas of Europe and Asia, and its root has been used in traditional medicine in Russia, China, and the Scandinavian countries for centuries. It's used as a tonic and remedy for fatigue, lowering cortisol level (and help burn belly fat as a result of that), improving attention span and memory, increase productivity. In Sweden and other Scandinavian countries it is used to increase the capacity for mental and physical work and to boost general strength and vitality.

If you can't get to the artic to harvest some wild roseroot, we have the next best thing in a bottle for ya! We use only wild crafted Rhodiola and use hot water extraction. Rhodiola Rosea is only 1 of the 12 ingredients we have in our Tao of Shrooms.  Learn more here
