This workshop will start with a 10 minute guided meditation to lead us into the focused learning.

The workshop will introduce 7 functional / edible mushrooms and 6 adaptogens that can help support and elevate physical wellbeing, and cognitive functions. The workshop also includes a “be your own alchemist” session, where you can learn how to make your own mushroom drink so you can easily incorporate this functional food into your daily life! 🍵

We will have an Alchemy table, where you can learn hands on, how to make elixirs, based on ancient plant wisdoms.
